I am having a bit of a problem here. I realised that I can't type Chinese characters in Windows 7 RC1!
=( I did the following steps in an attempt to solve this problem but they failed. Opened up Control Panel. Accessed Clock, Language and Region option. Opened Region and Language. Opened Change keyboards or other input methods.A box pops out. 5.
Clicked on 'Change keyboards'.Text Services and Input Languages box pops out. 6.
Install Chinese Keyboard Windows 7 Download
Under Default Language, I changed it from 'English-US' to 'Chinese-Simplified (PRC)-Chinese Simplified-US keyboard 7. Press Ok twice but nothing happened on the taskbar or anything. I have installed the Chinese IME already and the toolbar seems to be working well until today, when it suddenly disappeared when I wanted to find it to type Chinese characters. I have tried System Restore but to no avail. Back at the Control Panel, everything's normal (as in all setting are correct and appropiate) I suppose, but the language bar just refuse to show up. I have reformatted my system once to get it up but now, the language bar is missing again.
